Director - Insolvency Practitioner
Imogen is an Insolvency Practitioner, Chartered Accountant, member of the ICAEW and the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. She has worked in insolvency for fifteen years.
She specialises in providing solutions to SMEs in need of advice. She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of business, through start-up, financing decisions, cash flow preparation and statutory compliance. She is able to lead clients through the insolvency process, offering solutions to fit the client be they formal insolvency or rescue and recovery.
Imogen is married with four children and lives in Cheshire.
Jonathan Cooper
Director
Jonathan has 10 years corporate experience in commercial lending and business solutions sector.
Jonathan spends most of his time out seeing businesses that need initial advice regarding their financial situation.

Peter Anderson
Corporate Recovery Manager
Pete is a Chartered Certified Accountant and member of ACCA. He has worked at a number of boutique insolvency practices since starting in insolvency in 2001.
Pete's focus is on providing initial advice to directors of SMEs, drawing on his extensive commercial experience and strong technical knowledge to develop solutions that fit clients' needs. He has particular expertise in manufacturing and construction as well as cases involving complex ongoing litigation.
